Our Story

Kole, a fourth-generation Indiana cattleman, is continuing the efforts of his father, Scott Jester; grandfather, Dave Jester; and great-grandfather, Robert Jester.
Kole’s passion for cattle began when he started 4-H with a black commercial heifer that was picked out of a feedlot by his father and grandfather. From those humble beginnings, Kole wanted to expand his knowledge of the show cattle industry. He began working for Prescott Cattle Company in the fall of 2020, then transitioned to Goettemoeller Show Cattle in early 2022, where he worked until graduating high school in 2023.
After high school, Kole went to work for M Lazy Heart Ranch in Torrington, Wyoming. After a year in Wyoming, he returned home and worked for Goettemoeller Show Cattle for another year. Kole is currently continuing his education at South Plains College, pursuing an associate degree in animal science. While in school, he is working for Horn Livestock of Anson, Texas.
While Kole is hitting the books, Scott will be handling day-to-day operations back home. Without the help of Scott and Jamie, Kole would not be able to chase this dream.
